How this site handles what you send

This page explains what the site collects and what the office does with it. It is a plain summary, not a contract.

What you give us

When you use the contact form, you give your name, email address and message, and, if you choose, a phone number and the name of your work. We use them to reply to you and to decide whether the office can help. If you call or email, we keep a note of the conversation.

What the site records

Like most sites, this one records basic visit information such as the pages opened, the device and the approximate region, to keep it working and to see which pages are read. It does not sell this information.

Who sees it

Your message goes to Mina Tanabe and, if needed, to the services that deliver email and host this site. We do not share it for marketing. If you become a client, the engagement letter sets out how the office handles your file.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who do not become clients are kept for as long as is useful for follow-up and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
